In The Kitchen...Whoopie Pies.

Slightly off topic, but look, cake!







I cannot remember the last time I any sort of baking, considering I worked in a bakery for a while it was brilliant to just knock something up.

I will admit, ahem, that I used a Betty Crocker kit, but hey, it was spur of the moment!

These took less than 30 minutes from start to finish, the perfect Sunday snack.

    oooh these look gorgeous!! i havent baked in quite a while actually, i've really been craving banana cake recently so i may have to make that this weekend! x
